Returns
Most products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, the following items may not be returned:
- Infant formulas
- Bath products: toilet seats, etc.
- Food or nutritional products
- Intimate items, e.g., gowns, female products, etc.
- Sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Hearing Aid Returns
Hearing Aids may be returned in 45 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Hearing aids ARE returnable. However, because hearing aids cannot be resold in their returned condition after being used, we have a 15% restocking fee for returns. Restocking is waived if hearing aids are exchanged for a different style.
It has been shown that it takes an average of 21 days to adjust to the use of new hearing aids. We highly recommend using the products for at least 3 weeks (21 days). This will ensure your ears have been given enough time to adjust to your new hearing aids. Having something in your ear is a big adjustment, so we allow 45 days to try them. We recommend using at least 21 days of those 45 days to try them and adjust to them.

Our warehouse is in the United States. It is NOT in China or Asia. Most companies have you return their item to Asia, at your expense and will take a very long time to get your money back.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sales@MedicalSupplyHQ.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@MedicalSupplyHQ.com and ship your item to: Medical Supply HQ, 1512 E. John Sims Parkway, #376, Niceville, FL 32578 United States.
Shipping
To return your product, please ship your product to: Medical Supply HQ, 1512 E. John Sims Parkway, #376, Niceville, FL 32578 United States. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
